Comment: He was really enthusiastic about classes and embracing of any misunderstandings or difficulties we had in class. There were problems throughout the semester but overall, the coursework was manageable, the tests and grading was fair, and was well taught. I wished he was a bit more organized in his teaching styles though.

Comment: Victoria is one of the most compassionate teachers I have ever had. She really cares about her students and is extremely approachable- I never felt nervous or unappreciated when asking questions. She is extremely knowledgable about the french language and will help you perfect your accent in no time!

Comment: Umm. She is absolutely amazing. Very patient with new learners and responsive to email. If you have any conflicts with her exams, she usually allows you to reschedule. Workbook pages required but all have soft deadlines. Make sure to keep your compositions simple so she doesn't dock points on grammatical errors. Be prepared to come to class daily - missing a day or two really throws you off if you're not a natural!

Comment: I'm so grateful that I took the class with Madame Timmons. She is really really really nice, elle est tres gentille! She tries her best to help us learn the language, and she puts in extra effort if we need more help. I don't know any other professor/lecturer who would hold review session/office hour for the entire dead week! She's the best!

Comment: Elyse was a wonderful instructor! She was very nice and helpful, however, since she is, I believe, a graduate student, she was unable to answer some of the more complex questions we asked her on rare occasions. Nevertheless, I thoroughly enjoyed her class. It was very easy, slightly too easy. So if you are going into French 2, be prepared for a slight shock!
