Comment: Great professor, with only 10 responses due at end of semester and notes available for midterm and final. Only problem is his soothing voice - sometimes it makes you sleepy!

Comment: Despite this class being the supposed follow up to German 4, Professor Tang has ridiculously high expectations of the class and thinks that we should be able to analyze philosophical texts and literature after 4 semesters of basic and intermediate german. He's not a very good lecturer and explains the topic mediocrely. However, as this is a requirement for German majors, you just learn to suck it up and get frustrated with your lack of comprehension.
