Comment: This is a seminar class that is really only meant for teaching declared dietetics majors more about dietetics. I liked that the class was small, and there were only a few assignments-- 1 research paper, one presentation, one interviewing/shadowing assignment, and one website design. One of the easiest classes I have taken here, and she grades very generously. The most important thing is to make yourself known to Mikelle and speak up every time in class, as she cares a lot about communication and professionalism.

Comment: I have mixed feelings about this class. They bring in various different Dietitians to talk about their fields and it's really interesting. But the second half of the class is about these research projects and different assignments. They all help with the field and are useful but it's more work than a typical 1 unit class so beware!
