Comment: Had very limited office hours, so very hard to have paper looked over some time before due date. Only if one was really really caught up with schoolwork and essays can they effectively use her office hours day that did not go well with paper due dates. Assignments weren't that bad, but in retrospect, I wish the assignments were more challenging. Essays are fair, most of the time you choose whatever essay topic you like. So in that way, the class is a lot of how much input you give.

Comment: very excited and eager to help it just seems like she doesnt know how to help. papers are graded based on what you wrote compared to what she would have written. gives lots of feedback. the workload is pretty rough. about 100 pages and an essay every other week. depends on your other classes as well. papers should follow her rules of writing or else they will not receive a good grad

Comment: Sunny was really nice, and seemed genuinely interested in the subject matter. The books themselves were hit and miss though. Papers were easy, and as long as you followed her suggestions, it was an easy assignment. She's also very forgiving if you don't talk in class, so there's a plus.

Comment: Not entirely helpful with improving one's papers and writing skills. Some books were interesting to read in the course. Pacing of assignments was a challenge; not recommended if you have a busy course-load.

Comment: The novels we read were interesting but she really was not helpful in terms of helping students improve on their English writing skills.

Comment: I actually had Nanda for FPF R1B. Easy A. Agrees with all of your ideas, bs-ed or not. Takes participation points in class and attendance.
