Comment: Pretty hard to stay awake in lecture honestly. Wrote almost everything he said and taught straight from the book, so not too much benefit from going to lecture. Almost no transparency in terms of grading, but this seems to be a thing across the whole department. Exams were meh- not terrible, not a cakewalk. Homework optional, which was nice.

Comment: Agol is a nice enough guy but (for good reason) he doesn't care about a class like 53. No homework, though stupid weekly quizzes. Know your fucking trig identities.

Comment: Exams weren't bad but were out of very few points so making stupid mistakes cost a ton. Not the most interesting of lecturers. Actually made continuity complex but otherwise not that bad of a class

Comment: A little slow and disorganized. But Math 1A should be easy if you have a decent GSI.
